Hi, Sorry for late respond, I try modifying the port to COM5, but it still not printed, the error is :“TypeError: rt.Serial is not a constructor” (serial_error.log) I decided to install WinUSB driver as suggest on the documentation, and the test page was printed, but when I configure on my SMA app, and print the bill, so it don’t print the receipt for me(see usb_ok_but_not_printed_from_sma.log). Thank you

You haven’t saved the default order printers. If the default receipt printer is saved then there shouldn’t be such issues. Once test page prints that should work and accept prints from SMA. Please try to print again and send me the latest log file.

Log show that the command is sent to printer. I am not sure but guessing something with encoding or codepage that causing the issue. Did you try Print as Image? You can check the codepage for you language and try to set the correct code page.
