in browser i allow popup but print order is not working

If the popup is enabled, order and bill printing with web browser should work fine. You can try any other browser to test. You should pay attention on the toolbar, address bar after click the order/bill as they will show icon if block the popup.

What is your printing settings?
If any other than web browser then please be informed those don't support any other language except English.
If web browser, print is send by browser and that you would need to check your printer's default encoding. You can refer to the printer manual or check with dealer/manufacture.
