When we click on Print Bill, Pop up blinks, and gone. I have checked pop ups are not blocked in my browser. Could you please tell me or share a video guide to me how I can use and set local printer to my Local installed Simple POS?

  1. I have 2 branches of my store, can we use one Simple POS(online) to work on both branches, Note: Both branches have separate inventory and stock.

    Hello,

    If the popups are not blocked for the site the popup should stay open and show the print dialog. You can try with other browser (firefox, chrome, edge) to test.

    Yes, you can enable multiple stores in settings and use the same installation for 2 stores.
