Many thanks for your replying to my inquiry.

It seems I did not explain my needs, where I will do here ...
When I click on "Print Order" or "Print Bill" a print out screen showed up, and when I print to my receipt printer the printed copy is very small and not clear for reading !
What I do need is to modify the print out of these two buttons. How can I make a changes on it ?

What is you print settings? I think, web browser. If yes, you can check the browser print dialog for margins and scale/zoom settings.

1) We have tried your suggestions but unfortunately that does not solve our issue.
2) Our POS receipt print out is perfect with no issue, we are using web browser print method.
3) We aim to use the same receipt printer to print the "Print Order" or "Print Bill" options, but is seems it will not happen !!
4) So, we need to hid these two buttons from our POS, Thus where/ how we can do such choice ?
