my problem now

I am selling products in a different price ( same item but different price ) after negotiation with the customer , some time I am selling item1 at price 20$ and the same item1 25$ or 30$

I want to be able to put the price when I create the invoice or in the POS , I have tried but the price field is not editable

can you help me in this
