We are encountering the following error when trying to print from the POS system:
Error Message:
“Connexion fermée, veuillez vous assurer que le serveur POS est en cours d'exécution.”
Details:
The POS system is hosted online (network environment)
Orders are processed correctly, but printing fails
The Print Server does not receive any print jobs
The error appears when attempting to print
Interpretation:
This indicates that the connection between the POS system and the local Print Server is closed or unreachable.

The web socket server might be stopping but there is no error in log.
May I know the POS Print Server version number? If it's not v5 then please try download from [this link](https://npps-updates.s3.amazonaws.com/rpps/win/bundle/msi/POS+Print+Server_5.0.2_x64_en-US.msi) and install it.
