Are you getting any errors?

Have you modified any code or changed language? If yes, please restore and test with default files or english language. If no then please enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in `app/config/config.php` and try to add again to produce errors. Lastly check the latest log file in `app/logs/` folder.
