I am not sure but you might need to set the `base_url` in `app/config/config.php` to your machine IP

yeah i did as i said its working local but on port forwarding its like this, just make me sure this system is working on port forwarding ?

No. I can't as it is local setup. You can check the page source for assets url. It need to be same as the page url. I know there are few people who have configured it locally but I have no expertise in this. If you still can't figure out the cause, you might need to setup proxy.

I have found the issue while I use the local IP on URL it will work on local but not port forwarding because this local IP will be the URL of the system, All in all, if I use localhost instead of IP on URL from Lan and wan will not work. your help, please
