Dear Team Tecdiary,
I made a Support payment as attached and provided all of the necessary details but you have neither replied nor acted on my support request.
Please act on my earlier support request, I paid for the support so that you team can take a look and resolve this but its been pending since December 2021.
SUPPORT ISSUE:
- When I go to Sales>POS Sales, the loading bar loads forever without displaying any result
- Sometimes I load pages and they show 500 error
- Stock reconciliation sometimes shows products are available but when I click to view the details, it will show no products.
- Profit of products are higher than the cost prices (see attached image) Please see attached videos and photos
