Dear Sir/Madam, Good day to you.I'm requirements beside the following: Let me present my needs. I would be very grateful if you could provide the following information: What do you order now? We will pay the cost.
1. Sales report Though your POS include a variety sales report but we would like to have this type of report to have columns as the following, You can set the date as parameters as you set in your current report but I would like to include it as a column especially when we export from the system.
2. Stock balance report We also need to enable the system to generate the stock balance report with the parameter "as at Date and warehouse (stores)" but, when we export to excel we would like to have the report with the following columns.
3. Dashboard The current dashboard in your system is mostly based on the whole month data, but beside these we would like to have a report or a chart just like the following .
As you can see the owner checks and monitors the outlets by their sales amount on 12 PM and 6 PM. Currently each and every outlet has to send their sales amount on We Chat group so that the owner can't have the comparative figure. So one of the supervisors prepares a report like that each and every day. I know your system can generate this kind report but we need to see after logging in to your system on the dashboard without navigating. It is better to have a mobile app to see the dashboard but currently the owner will browse from mobile phone. If these reports are available, I would like to have a proposal for this customization. I also attached the excel file for your reference, if you need any clarification please let me know. And I also would like to have an invoice for the online version of the POS including payment methods. Best Regards

- NPAnsweredHighly appreciate if current users can mention here developers contact who already help them to customize this system as I'm also very interesting to purchase this system but need few customization. I can understand that tecdiary team cannot accept customization at the moment due to their busy work schedules. But our current users can help each other sharing the developers contact who had already done customization ( need experienced people who worked with this system ) that will be a great help. because I must say this is very good and dynamic system which everybody love to purchase. Appreciate if somebody can create a social media group for this then it will be benefit to users find those additional services, Also it will be helpful to Tecdiary team too as there are lot in out side to buy this system,
