  1. Language translation: I copied and translate the en directory and en.json to my local language, as well as adding this local language to languages.json, BUT system gives 500 error, what should I do?

  2. ON THE MEASUREMENT FIELDS, when you choose the measurement type to be select, checkbox or radio, then system provide only 2 options which are Option 1 and Option 2, these 2 options are too few and there is no button to add more options. IT IS GOOD TO ALLOW TAILOR CHOOSE HOW MANY OPTIONS HE WANTS FOR EACH MEASUREMENT, so how to add more options?

  3. system use 4 decimal places for number is not good for me, I want only 2 decimal places

  4. on the order’s PDF, there is no space between date and time section. It looks like this Nov 23, 20223:21 AM whereby year 2022 is connected to 3:21. I WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE THIS Nov 23, 2022; 3:21 AM. What should I do?

  5. on the order’s PDF, both company’s details and customer’s details are aligned center, I WANT THEM TO BE LEFT-ALIGNED

  6. Photos (both profile pictures and pictures uploaded during order creation process), are being uploaded but are not accessed (IF YOU CLICK Its LINK, THE SYSTEM REDIRECTS TO DASHBOARD, PLEASE HELP.

  7. When I use mobile phone, the language change button is NOT SEEN CLEARLY, you can only see it clearly if you are using a computer.

    Hello,

    1. You can check the error logs for 500 error details. If you are not sure about server logs, you can check Laravel logs in storage/logs/ folder
    2. Yes, it should have buttons to add more options. I will fix this soon
    3. I will add the decimal number setting
    4. I will fix this the space and it should be formatted for your language
    5. Can you please take a screenshot for me?
    6. I will fix the order photo. I haven’t found any issue with profile photos.
    7. It’s not displayed on small screens. I will display it.

    I checked the demo 30 minutes ago, and I was very happy to see the improvement you have done regarding the above issues especially issue no 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7. Now I am satisfied with the great job you did on those issues. But also, I still have to say the following:

    ISSUE 1: I tried to check storage/logs; I downloaded the file, but I was not able to identify the problem.

    ISSUE 3: I saw option to choose decimal places on settings, but demo mode hinders me to test, but on the demo, I see the problem is still existing.

    ISSUE 5: To see issue just download any order in pdf you will see, for example check my attachment bellow. THE DETAILS IN BOXED AREA, IS WHAT I’M SUGGESTING THAT IS SHOULD BE ALGNED LEFT AND NOT CENTER. This will make order pdf to look more beautiful.

    ISSUE 6: Order photo is completely solved, but profile photo still problem.

    1. Please check, the issue number 4 is also on customer’s measurement PDF, where 2022 is connected with time.

    2. I suggest to add PDF on payments. Each payment should have its own reference number and PDF of it should be downloaded as a payment receipt.

    3. Customer’s statement should be downloaded as Pdf, also should show balances. Also make all reports downloadable.

    4. Please add, order photo and customer’s measurements for each services; to the order’s PDF. This will not only makes order’s PDF beautiful But also it will be used as customer’s reference and evidence when tailor makes mistakes on his cloth. Assume tailor makes cloth length 77cm long, while customer wanted 65cm long and it appears in his order’s PDF as 65cm, then the customer will have the ground to raise a complain with evidence. This is important as customers are currently do not have accounts in our system (TSMS).

    5. In future please consider to add customer’s accounts, so that a customer can make order themselves by providing their measurements.

    1. Consider adding more permissions such as who is permitted to add users. But also separate those current permissions, make it is possible to allow someone to add order while preventing him to edit or delete.

    2. Add more filters on data tables so that to make it easier to such a specific data within them.

    Hello,

    500 errors are internal server errors and might be caused due to various reasons including server software versions, config or bad code. If Laravel logs don’t have any logs, then you need to check your server’s php error logs.

    I will update the demo to allow some settings.

    For the view, the first column with labels is aligned right. I will change them to the left.

    Profile photos are disabled on demo users.

    The date on measurements and payment modal will be fixed and I have added few filters too.

    Hi,

    1. I have translated system to my local language and that language is seen in dashboard. But when I click it nothing changes, only English language remain.

    2. I suggest, add date, url and file upload as options of the measurement field. I mean text, select, checkbox etc are good, but adding those 3 more options will be better.

    Once you have added/translated the language. You can build the app with npm run build

    Thanks for the nice response!

    1). I have attached the Swahili language translation, so please put it so all Swahili speaking people can use this system in their local language.

    2). I encountered one problem, I can’t edit orders, when I click edit button, system shows blank page. What is problem? And how to solve it?

    Please I need help on these two ASAP. Once again, thanks.
