My thermal reciept is too long, if you can assist on how to reduce it into a quarter or send me a video or screenshot of how i can reduce it , i will appreciate, i need several products of yours. I was not able to locate the POS as instructed here https://prnt.sc/1rllfmf

If you are using web browser printing, then please disable header/hooter and set margin to none with scale/zoom to 100% or lower as you need.
Please take the screenshot of the receipt and attach with reply so that I can better understand the issue.

You can modify the item code as per license. The receipt view file is
themes/default/admin/pos/view.phpfor web browser andremote_printing.phpfor PHP and Print Servers.Please be informed that we don’t offer support for modification or modified versions. You are allowed to modify the item code at your own risk as per licesnse.
