Hello!
My thermal reciept is too long, if you can assist on how to reduce it into a quarter or send me a video or screenshot of how i can reduce it , i will appreciate, i need several products of yours. I was not able to locate the POS as instructed here https://prnt.sc/1rllfmf

If you are using web browser printing, then please disable header/hooter and set margin to none with scale/zoom to 100% or lower as you need.
Please take the screenshot of the receipt and attach with reply so that I can better understand the issue.

You can modify the item code as per license. The receipt view file is `themes/default/admin/pos/view.php` for web browser and `remote_printing.php` for PHP and Print Servers.
