How come PDF functionality is not there?
For example, in Sales>List Sales>…Combine PDF and Download as PDF goes to blank page.
And some pages says “you can download this as pdf or xls”…but there is no button that says download as pdf.

Hello,
Blank page are caused by 500 errors. Please check your php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.
On reports the pdf export was removed only Excel. You can download excel and the save it as pdf if you need.

There is nothing on the error logs at /var/logs/apache2…however, if I hit back button on the browser i have this error msg on /admin/sales: 404 Not Found!

I changed the settings to mpdf. I still have a blank page, but when I hit back button on the browser, there is no more 404 error. So what is going on here?
P.S. maybe it’s a permissions problem? where does the app save the pdf files?

No, SMA doesn’t save pdf file but generates it when you try to download.
