If you have payment term on purchase and when you paid it and run a cron job the purchase will become due. Even tho you alrd make a payment for that purchase.
So i need to edit the purcahse and delete the integer number on the "Payment Term"

If the payment amount is same as grand total of the purchase then system should not change the payment status with cron job. I will check this again.
