How to resolve HTTP 500 error page after inputting e-mail address for password reset? No e-mail with reset link is received.
Muhammad Awais who I believe first installed and set up the site had recommended updating the PHP version and Hostgator support has verified and looked at all possible areas which can resolve the issue. They do not know the site very well since it is not wordpress so no luck and I haven’t been able to log into the site for two years. Didn’t use it much but would like to.

The error logs should have details for 500. You can check the server error logs or enable app logs by changing the
log_thresholdto 1 in theapp/config/config.phpIf you are not sure, please open ticket with your server details, I will check for you.
