I remember before when we make a purchase we can set the status to partial but now i only see 3 options. Refer to screenshoot. Or do i need to make "Orderer" and edit it when i receieve my item order ?

The partial is not select-able option. Once you edit the purchase and any product received is lower than order, system will set it automatically.

I have another question. If i make a purchase for total of 10 products and if add 5 products and submit it and then sold one of the product. And then i edit my purchase again to input the 5 left, what happend to the sold product ? - MSAnsweredHello,
That is already sold. You should have 9 in stock. If there is any issue, please let me know with details/steps to replicate it.
