Dear team, I don’t know if this is the right place to ask the following question. I would like users to be able to place an order for items from the warehouse through the same system, and the main warehouse administrator can approve or cancel it. I know this has an additional cost, and I’d like to know how much it might be.

Do you want to allow the user to register and then place orders? This item is only to manage the inventory/stock. It does’t have any price related features.
You can check other items if you need like Stock Manager Advance, you can find the live demo at https://sma4.tec.sh/admin
If not price feature needed, then this option could be add and I can estimate from 4-6 hours cost $200-$300
