Hi,
I think it's a bug (... or maybe no) : when I clic on the light blue 'order' or blue 'Bill' button in POS (left bottons corner), it opens rapidly a window and close it directly; no time to see the content; I have tried with your life demo (https://sma.tecdiary.net/admin/pos) and get the same problem.
can you advice ?

What is your printing settings? If web browser, you need to enable popups for the site.

PS: the "Payment" green button works fine and give me the "Finilize sale" window and than the "Test Biller" window and I am able to print it; I think this is not due to the printer .... - DHAnsweredEDIT:
if this can help you : the popups are enabled in Chrome and this doesn't work but it works on Firefox and not on MS Internet explorer ...

I just tested with Chrome, the print order/bill is working up fine. IE is not supported. Only chrome, Firefox and Edge.
