May I know what notes are you talking about?
i) Currency note, there is no option to display them and they are not saved but just for the payment help only.
ii) If you are saying about item comments then those will be only on order & bill. These are not printed on the receipt. If you need you can modify the view file
themes/default/views/pos/view.phpandthemes/default/views/pos/remote_printing.phpas you need.Thank you
