MPS is web-based application and can only print using the web browser. It works for most of the use cases, but some need raw printing. We have desktop app called POS Print Server for Windows that exposes a websocket server for MPS to send the print command and then send the raw prints to your locally installed receipt printers.

You can download the trial version from POS Print Server and test it with your MPS.

Once you installed the trial version, you can add your printer and then try test print. Once the test print okay, you can go to MPS settings and check Print using POS Print Server.

Hello Kindly we are being failed by your system its now full month each and every day i have to keep contacting you . i downloaded the trial version from POS Print Server and i have installed but the POS Print Server dose don’t louch / open . when i doul click on the ico-shortcut on the desktop, it dose not . even when i go to C:\Program Files\POS Print Server. still same thing dose not open.

What do i do at this stage ?

Give me way forward one time solution. i dont need to contact you all time.

Whats the way forward because we Bought this to use but its now 29days we have not start to use . still fixing issues .

Hope you know how it hurts having a system with issues all time yet i have not started to use even.

Do you have Webview2 installed on your machine? If not, you can download and install.

You should be able to print using the web browser, please uncheck the Print using POS Print Server and system will use the web browser to send prints.

I can understand the frustration, but 29 days is too much. If you don’t want to try it anymore, please let me know to get a refund.

Thanks for your Kind Respond. I added the printer to POS Print Server. I tested it . It prints very well. But when i go to Application Settings and Enable/Check Print using POS Print Server , my orders , Bills do not print and even Receipts Do not Print . Yest its shows Connected to Pos Print Server . Why Are Orders and Bills not printed Automatically when i tap on order or Bill ?

When i uncheck Print using POS Print Server , and i tap on print order or Bill. it brings / opens browser print dialog and then i have to click on print . that’s when it prints . Why?

And On Reports. How can I Print Out the Reports . i Do not see where i can print Reports .
