Hello,
Please try to update yourself as there will be updates often, and we can’t manage to help every time. These are the steps
- Please backup your files and database,
- Download the latest file
- Extract & upload it to your server
- Open terminal and go to your domain folder and run
php artisan migrate
OR login as super and then visithttp://pos.mulamuzimotel.com/commands/update_database
That’s the steps for manual update. Once we have version 1 then we will release the auto updates.

i Backed Up all the files and Database then uploaded the new download folder and extracted it to pos.mulamuzimotel folder in the cpanel . i don’t know how to run php artisan migrate
and all am seeing is that error

Hello,
You don’t have to install again but just update the files and database as I mentioned in my previous reply.
The price groups were already created on your installation. Something is wrong with migration, I will fix that.
We are not releasing the auto updates yet (mps:update won’t work) but manual till version 1. The steps were mentioned in the previous reply.
You are doing good just the migrations caused the problem this time, I will fix it on your server and hopefully there won’t be issue for you from next update.
For the database missing, can you please let me know the username and purchase code that you use?

But Kindly i have always asked you about the printer.
I have a pos Printer 58mm ( pos58p) Installed but when i click on print order or Bill or Payments . it bring printer server Error. Help me with guidance how do i set up the printer . attached is the printer error i keep getting. yet i have a printer installed well .
