Hi,
1. I m getting "Authentication failed error" when i m adding new customer through admin panel. Although customer is added successfully. refer attached image please..
2. when we click on "Email Invoice" on invoice page... it shows NO sending loader message.... after some time it shows a alert box email sent..... can we do something about it
3. Same issue with when "Download Pdf"...

1. That is SMTP error, please check you mail settings.
2. & 3. Not at the moment. It's the page link not ajax call. Both tasks take time, I am not sure but I will check in future updates.

SMTP details are correct, as i can EMAIL invoices. any other idea why its showing that error... - MSAnsweredHello,
I have checked. SIM don't send any email on add customer. The error might be for previous action.
If you can email the invoice then there should be issue as system use the same setting for all emails.
