As error says, user accaount is not active. It might be due to not email confirmation. Shop registeration send email to use fo rconfirm their email address. Please make sure you have setup email settings and system can send emails.

If you have added the user from admin area, please check it again it is not active.

thanks for the prompt reply. customer can to register at the first place. if registration done, then comes confirmation. if the customer can not register how they get mail and how to hit confirmation link.

There is section for Mail Settings on system settings page. If your settings are ok, then should have received email.

The register error says that the email is already used and there is account with that email.
