Dear Support Team,

By mistake, we have purchased Stock Manager Advance (Invoice & Inventory System), instead of Stock Manager Advance (All Modules). We have purchased the Item two days back from ThemeForest.net.

Could you please guide us on how to upgrade to Stock Manager Advance (All Modules)?

You can purchase the correct item and open refund request for previous item.

There is no open refund request. If you did it then it is already approved. Envato will taker some time to process refunds. You can check with them if you like.
