I didn't understand why you need logs in browser. You can enable app logs in v3 by change the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` folder. Once changed the app will log for the files in the `app/logs/` folder.
If that's not what you asking, please ask with details and context so that I can understand.

I need the logs because before when i click on it, all the activities of the users was showing like what products they have deleted or wich sales deleted etc even for if the user is an admin person. Now i can not see anything. I would like to see the activity of the users. so how can i dot it please?

I can't recall if v3 has such option. As I remember I added activity logs in the v4
As the error says that `default/admin/views/logs/index.php` is missing, can you please check and make sure that this file exists. If not you can upload again.
