Base URL is the URL address where you will access your installation. You can change the base_url in the app/config/config.php after installation. If you have installed and enabled SSL then the base_url must start with https://

Please edit the app/config/config.php and update the base_url to https:// This should resolve the mix contents issue and load all the data in https.

Shop module only has additional files and adds them to the existing folders so the Shop Module files should be extracted to same folder as SMA.
