Please check your server php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.
If you not sure about server logs, you can enable app logs by changing the
log_thresholdto 1 inapp/config/config.phpand then visit page again to produce error. Lastly check the lates log file inapp/logs/folder.Thank you

I can’t tell why you can’t connect. You can update the db settings in
app/config/database.phpLet me know your installation link with admin account details to have look. There is no option to delete stores, you can edit them only.
