The name looks fine.
You can to add the printer with `ssb://yourComputerName/POS-80CP`
Please check the server error logs and let me know the error details.

Popup should only be enabled, if you have selected the web browser as printing. For php server there should be any popup, just ajax call. What is your printing settings?
If you sae at the right of the address bar, the popup is being blocked. Please enable popup to use browser as printing.
