My list_purchases count is broken and also breaking my POS today income count or cash sale
I have attached the screenshot, here is the simulation for your better image This is my today’s sales in POS: Rp7,252,500 (Rp24,622,500) It should be only around Rp2.000.000
And that in parentheses (Rp24,622,500) are not supposed to be there, that is the number of my list_purchases why is it here on the POS page and I assume it breaks my POS count too, as today’s income should not be this much too.
Everything is good before, please tell me it’s easy to fix. Please RESPONSE within 1-2 DAYS for this one, as I am your OFFICIAL SUPPORTED MEMBER.
This has now happened twice already, and also the second time this happened the countdown is out of control as we only have around Rp 1.000.000 sales but it becomes 10x more become around Rp 12.000.000.
Please help me, I don’t want to lose all my data or change cashier app, this has been my main app, please help me to fix it, it’s been a month of use, and have a lot of data.

Hello,
The amount in parentheses is the total value while other is received value.
These values are the sum of your sales. The number here doesn’t match with screenshots. I am not sure the real issue and cause. Please let me know your site link and admin account details in private reply so that I can have a look.

The screenshots are the sales report for the day and daily sales report figures. As you said it happened a second time so there must be something that triggered this. Please keep monitoring closely and if it happens again, let me know the database access to check.
