I am sorry to listen that you having issues. We can't help with checking with server here as we will have to set the dedicated time for that. As I told, you can open ticket $5 or request installation $20. We will check /install it for you. If installation request and there is any server issue, we might beed to work with your for server admin/host to get it sorted.

If you want us to suggest here, please post error details and I have already given you the answer about get the error details. With error details it will be finding a needle in dark room. Please check with your host and get me the error details to that I can suggest.

We won't be able to install without access to server. I am sorry but we don't have any option to use teamviewer for installation. We only can install on `live server` where we have the `files` and `database` access. You can trust us and we will request you to change your details after we have finished the installation.

If you have the details and can share then only you can [buy credit](/support/plans) of $20 (by PayPal only) and [open ticket](/support/tickets/new) to request installations.
