Kindly let me know how can I delete Tax Summary part in Modal View and PDF in Tax Invoice sales

You can change the invoice view to other than Indian GST. If you need Indian GST then you will need to edit the view files (`themes/default/admin/views/sales/modal_view.php` and `pdf.php`) and modify them as you like.
