You need to backup the files and database then restore it on new server. Once both backups restored, you can change the database settings in the `app/config/database.php` and the domain or url changed then change `base_url` in `app/config/config.php` too.

If you don't have backup, you can perform fresh install as per install instructions in the documentation.pdf
I suggest, you try it your self and let us know if you have any issue. If you want to request installation, it will cost you $20 and you can [open ticket for installation request here](/support/tickets/new).
