I try to configure my own website smtp for mail configuration but not working , new customer registration customers is not getting mail for confirmation i don't know whats wrong ,i tried PHP that one also not working, and one more issue i found is suppose one new customer is registering while that time by mistake if the password don't match after showing the error all the field are getting empty they need to re enter all the details again .still i don't know why my smtp configuration is not working please help me out here i am attaching the settings screen shot

Please pay attention on default emails in system setting. That should be updated to your domain.
There could be many reason doe emails not been sent. You can test it with mailtrap.io if you need.
Thank you - SFAnsweredHi, the best way is to set the email in Thunderbird r outlook express and make sure it works fine then you can set it on SMA panel with same SMTP setting.
I can assure you the SMTP is working fine with no issues.
if the PHP mailer is not working your host provider can disable the use of PHP mailer for the all clients to prevent phishing and spoofing.
