Hi, i have notice a problem that occurs for sometime now, my logo that appears on quotation and sales invoice keeps on crushing, meaning when i download quotation or invoice on the logo area i keep getting words “image not found or unknown type” but when i print of view the quotation/invoice the logo is seen. can you help me what the issue can be? and i only have one biller with that one specific logo.

And yes, there were NO remaining quantity before we restocked the warehouse.

Admin we do see the details the only issue is that some products still remain in the product report while in reality we have sold all of them physically and in the system, the amount of purchased goods= sold goods, but why in the warehouse still some of the products have quantity while they should be 0 products. and no transfers or adjustments that were made, what could be the issue here?

Just look at the attachment that i have circled with red mark the purchased quantity equals the sold quantity but still the system shows some available quantity for some products while they should be 0 products have remained, because we did not do any transfer or adjustments.

Yes, I can see the sold, purchased and balance but I have no clue who that happened. So you need to investigate the product’s sales, purchases and adjustments to know which one caused this. If you have the step to reproduce this, please let me know so that I can test and fix. Thanks
