Hi team, I installed the software in a CentOS virtual machine in my local server. The connection of the vm is host only adapter and the ip address is 192.168.1.193 (its not a public ip).
When I put the username and activation code I get an error with no message, just a red X and the vm is not blocking curl.
As I need to test and do development changes I won't be able to go live now, can I install it in the vm to customize? If so, what should I consider to activate it as I'm not able to go beyond step 0

If there is no error message but just red bar with cross that means the request is no reaching to our server. You need to make sure that you are connected to internet and the request is not blocked by your antivirus/network/security module.
