Thanks for your response, but before installation of package the order status is showing “ 1 Installed”.

However, I’ve downloaded and installed the new package while adding username and license is showing “The license key is already used, error code 301”.

PS: we only have one machine where we trying to install and configure the utility.

we’ve installed the utility from onedrive link, it worked as you mentioned it keeps showing white-screen on every time I load, however, the license screen has been disappeared. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances we’re unable to test on the printer, we’ll inform you once the connectivity will work smoothly.

Can you please to open and if still same, please attache the log file (help menu -> open logs). The php version used is not loading the extensions as other user reported it. I will update the file again tomorrow.

I am thinking to not use php any more and create this item with different technology. I hope, I would be able to manage the new beta next week.
