Hi,

I have a customer who has a print problem with a label dymo printer.
When he asks to print ONE barcode product, the printer print correctly the label but continue and eject 9 other 'empty' label even if he has specified the page format (height) to the format of the label (+/- 2 inches); if he asks to print 10 labels, everything is ok but if he print 11 labels, the problem comes back ...

I know, it's hard to explain and I have no such printer here and maybe your don"t have one too ...

any idea ?
