I have downloaded the version rc-21 but after installation its showing version rc-19

cron job all set as per documentation still invoices crossed due date and it supposed goes to over due section but not updated automatically.

I guess auto invoice also not generated as i set 3 days before not working.

I made some partial payment entrys but there should be a tag appear that partial payment made which is not showing .

also on my invoice cron job notice showing for which i am not able to send the invoices to my client

Hello,
- Yes, once there is no change made to front-end we might not rebuild the app so it might show the old version. The correct version is mentioned not the file name that you download.
- Please make sure that the cron Jon runs and check error logs for errors
- Might be due to cron job or error. Is the pop version on the cli and web are same?
- There is no partial payment tag/band. The invoice will be consider as pending/due.
- You can check your email setting if the emails are being sent.

Hello,
Both images look fine.
I can’t see the version from the cron job image.
On the invoice image, it’s not error that the message displayed on the recurring invoice so the user can differentiate them. If you already setup cron then you can ignore it.
The correct version is mentioned the file name that you download. The app version might be old/different depending the changes made. The version on app get update when we build the app as there was no change for front-end so the app was no rebuild and still showing rc19.
