Hello, I just purchased the POS Print Server

I have the following issues:

1. When I start the application I get a message that a new version is available and I select Yes but it is not doing any update
2. Each time I close and reopen the application is keep asking me for user and purchase code again and again, Should be already saved and just run the app?

It would be greatly appreciated if I can get some help here as soon as possible.
