I have no clue why this happened, but your step would be me find the cause. Please let me know, how the product was added and what steps were performed after.

I created a sale, and deleted it, then recreated it and then deleted it, then I recreated it! That is how this issue came up! Now how can this be corrected?? And how can we sync?

You can perform stock count to sync the physical and system stock.
