First of all I am sorry for typo in the higher budget. 4 - 8 hours mean $200 - $400 as we charge $50/hour. No, we won't add the gateway for public, if you bear the full cost. At least not for 2 years. There are many payment gateways and we only can manage 2-4 widely used ones.

For Stripe in shop, you need to update Stripe config in the POS settings and enable the Stripe in the Shop settings.
