Thank you for the reply.

I have years of experience of installing scripts from Envato and have gone through all the steps including updating my php version. Can you please check our site and let me know what changes you made in order to get the site working correctly. I appreciate your installation offer but I would like to understand what is happening as well as we may be upgrading/changing servers soon and do not want to have to send multiple messages to complete this process.

I have attached screenshots to show the process was executed correctly and still received a 404.

I can follow your instructions and make the corrections.

Over 90%+ 404 not found error is caused due to missing .htaccess file. Please check the following FAQ

Why am I getting 404 Not Found error after installation?

Please

1. check that .htaccess file is successfully uploaded and exists in the main directory
2. make sure that your apache mod_rewite is enabled and configured to use .htaccess from site directory
3. base_url in app/config/config.php
