If you are installing on subdomain, please make sure you have set correct path to your `tsms/public` folder.

Apache will forward the traffic to this folder. For other, you need to set the root path. You should install with proper domain. You can let me know the domain/server details in private reply so I can check for you.

if you are accessing it as `http://localhost/tsms/` and it's not working then you will need to add virtual host to make it work with local platforms OR install it on live server.

I have done that now I am facing this issue in installation config step. when I proceed 1st it says "there is no active transaction" after that when I click on next button again it says "SQL: unable to create tables, SQLSTATE[42S01]: Base table or view already exists: 1050 Table 'accounts' already exists". SS is in attachment. I have also tried to drop already created tables and proceed but it again showed this error "there is no active transaction".

Please check your database. It need to be new/empty database without any tables.
