All you need to do is to add ensure that you're using `https` in your `base_url` you might also need to set your `cookie_secure` to `true`.

To do this open config.php **FilePath:** `app\config\config.php`

Then in `line 20` ensure you are using `https` not `http` for example
`$config['base_url'] = 'https://manuel.test/';`
Then in `line 384` set `cookie_secure` to `true` for example
`$config['cookie_secure'] = true;`
