There is a 500 Error that is showing AFTER I changed the mod_rewrite and every thing. I have my cpanel info not sure if I should put them here I dont want people to see this information. Can you please assist?

Simple POS required php7.2+ and you set the php5.6 that was causing the issues. I have set php7.4. You should be able to access the installer now.

You need to create database & user and grant all privileges to the user then use those on installation. I have checked, the user has on permission on database 😦 I have granted all the permissions for database, please try now.
