1. Can access the install url in browser?
2. If yes, on which step you getting error? Please take screenshot.

How you uploaded the files? The `tsms` folder got files but the `tsms/public` folder was empty and the public folder files were at `public_html` Did you read the install instructions?
Anyway I have moved the files and tried to install. Please check and if there is any issue, let me know. I will check on Monday.
The default user/password is `admin`/`12345678`
