The redirect error could be due to SSL too so please make sure that you have installed/enabled/configured SSL correctly.

SSL is installed, and I can’t access server logs; I am using a shared host.

I got server logs from host below;

As per the apache logs, this is what we see:

[Thu Jun 19 20:10:39.388988 2025] [core:error] [pid 2731589:tid 2731637] [client 77.246.55.235:44992] AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary.

It appears to be an issue within the index.php scripts causing internal redirects that needs to be reviewed further through a developer.
