Dear, I have install in the XAMPP (PHP version 8.0) Supported but Not Supported (PHP version 8.1)
Before it was the problem for installing so now I have Installed it correctly.
Does it Required the Composer Necessary??

Yes,
composeris required. You can try any other platform like wamp, mamp, laracon or easyphp. There are many alternates to xampp if it doesn’t support what you need.Thank you
