Install Fail No Login Page

I followed the installation steps as indicated. After giving the following to go to the LOGIN to use it for the first time it shows me an error that is the following: ()

Obviously remove the INSTALL folder and check the url in the file (app / config / config.php)

Hello,

You have not uploaded the `.htaccess` file. Please upload it and then check again.
