Good Morning, during the installation i got an error “No database received from install server, please check with developer”.
I’m check the mysql version and php version and all is good. I’m sure that db credentials are right.
Do you have any idea?

Yes, database engine is updated. But your site showing 404 forbidden access. It was fine before the updates, please check with host why are you getting 403 on https://lomacpanel.thebrainbets.com/

The database was not empty. I have created the new db

I don’t know why when i try to my self to install it i got the same error. Can you explain me how to install without installer? Maybe is better.

I installed it with installer. If you need to install manually, you will need to update .env from .env.example file and then run migrations and add user. I won’t recommend manual install. What is the issue with installer? Can you take screenshot?

Same error of first time. I created the db and unsers. And then start the installer.

Installer looks fine. Do your database already have any data? You need empty db to install the item. Please check again.
